By placing an order or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your order and reserve your date.
Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received in full.
Accepted payment methods include Venmo, Cash, PayPal, and other arrangements as agreed.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, but custom-baked goods require preparation in advance. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

Full Refund: Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled pickup/delivery date are eligible for a 100% refund.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made 7–13 days before the scheduled pickup/delivery date are eligible for a 50% refund.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled pickup/delivery date are not eligible for any refund.

3. Order Changes

Any changes to your order (design, flavor, quantity, or pickup time) must be requested at least 7 days in advance.
While we will do our best to accommodate changes, they cannot always be guaranteed.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Rush orders, specialty ingredients, custom toppers, or items already purchased for your order are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation timing.

5. Pickup & Delivery

Orders are to be picked up or delivered on the date and time specified at booking.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the agreed-upon time.

6. Liability

Whisked Up Treats is not responsible for any allergic reactions or illnesses resulting from consuming our products.
All products are made in a home kitchen, and while we follow best practices for food safety, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

7. Agreement

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.

8. Photography and Social Media

We may take photos of orders for marketing or social media purposes unless you request otherwise.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on our website and social media are the property of Whisked Up Treats. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
