1. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your order and reserve your date.
- Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received in full.
- Accepted payment methods include Venmo, Cash, PayPal, and other arrangements as agreed.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change, but custom baked goods require preparation in advance. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
- Full Refund: Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled pickup/delivery date are eligible for a 100% refund.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made 7–13 days before the scheduled pickup/delivery date are eligible for a 50% refund.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled pickup/delivery date are not eligible for any refund.
3. Order Changes
- Any changes to your order (design, flavor, quantity, or pickup time) must be requested at least 7 days in advance.
- While we will do our best to accommodate changes, they cannot always be guaranteed.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Rush orders, specialty ingredients, custom toppers, or items already purchased for your order are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation timing.
5. Pickup & Delivery
- Orders are to be picked up or delivered on the date and time specified at booking.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the agreed-upon time.
6. Liability
- Whisked Up Treats is not responsible for any allergic reactions or illnesses resulting from consuming our products.
- All products are made in a home kitchen, and while we follow best practices for food safety, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
7. Agreement
- By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
7. Photography and Social Media
- We may take photos of orders for marketing or social media purposes unless you request otherwise.
8. Intellectual Property
- All designs, images, and content on our website and social media are the property of Whisked Up Treats. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
10. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of California.
